Coconut oil is extracted from the tender part of coconuts from certified organic plantations in the Philippines. It has a high content of medium chain triglycerides (MCT), lauric acid and other fatty acids in smaller proportions. Does not contain trans fats or hydrogenated fats. It is a high quality oil that guarantees a high level of purity.
It has a pleasant coconut flavor and aroma (not deodorized). It is an alternative to butter or other oils, ideal for cooking or dressing. It can also be used externally as a general skin moisturizer and as a hair conditioner.
