1. OBJECT

The private offer and sale of Products is carried out through this Website by PERFIL NATURAL, S.L. (hereinafter, “NATURAL PROFILE”), domiciled at C/ Goya 15 1ª Planta, 28001 Madrid, with NIF B-88129390 and registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid (Volume: 37850; Book: 0; Page: 127; Section: 8; Sheet M674140).
NATURAL PROFILE operates through the Web for the Spanish territory included in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla.

The pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual relationship concluded at a distance between PERFIL NATURAL and the Clients are governed by these General Conditions of Sale, by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, as well as by any provision contained in the regulations that are mandatory for business owners in their relationships with consumers.
Placing an order by the Client entails full acceptance without reservation of these General Conditions of Sale, which must be read and accepted each time the Client places an order and may be printed, stored and reproduced by the Clients.
These General Conditions of Sale are written in Spanish, the language in which the contract between PERFIL NATURAL and the Clients will be formalized.
PERFIL NATURAL may modify, at any time and without prior notice, the content of the General Conditions of Sale. However, the modifications to the General Conditions of Sale will only apply to sales that are formalized after the entry into force of the modification to the General Conditions of Sale.

The Products offered by PERFIL NATURAL include a wide selection of food supplements offered on the 100% Natural website (www.cienporciennatural.com), as well as other product categories.
The indicated price of the Products is the price at which PERFIL NATURAL offers its Products through the Website. The indicated price includes all applicable taxes. . The shipping costs that the Customer must pay, if applicable, are not included in the price of the Product, and are indicated, if applicable, in detail during the purchase process.
3. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
In order to make a purchase, the Client must access the Website.
Once on the Website, the Client may select from among all the Products and Formats available on the Website the one or those Products that they wish to purchase. 4. PAYMENT MEANS
The Customer may pay the total amount of the order, including shipping costs if any, using a VISA, VISA ELECTRÓN, MASTER CARD or MAESTRO debit or credit card issued by a Spanish banking entity.
Payment for your order occurs in real time through a virtual POS once it has been verified that the data provided is correct.
NATURAL PROFILE guarantees that it will treat the data corresponding to the payment method used with total security and confidentiality. The card data used for payment is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. This solution guarantees secrecy in communication through a dialogue with encryption keys. In order to detect and avoid fraudulent operations and unnecessary damages and inconvenience to our Clients, PERFIL NATURAL has adopted fraud prevention measures and controls. These controls consist of the analysis of the characteristics of the orders and their comparison with previous fraudulent operations.
Sometimes, in order to guarantee that it is not a fraudulent operation, PERFIL NATURAL may require you to complete certain information or provide other complementary data. Refusal to provide this information will prevent PERFIL NATURAL from carrying out the necessary checks regarding the authenticity of the order.
In these cases, PERFIL NATURAL will have the right to cancel or annul the order as fraudulent.
Despite our attempts to improve our fraud detection systems, we cannot fully guarantee that a transaction that is not fraudulent will not be classified as fraudulent. If the purchase is made by bank card, once the transaction has been confirmed by the bank, we will proceed to confirm the order by sending an order confirmation email. 5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order that the Client sends by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button has the value of a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
PERFIL NATURAL will confirm the order within a maximum period of 24 hours by sending an email.
The order number will be indicated in said order confirmation email, which the Client must use in any communication with PERFIL NATURAL related to said order.
