Dosage:

• 2 to 4 capsules a day or following the recommendations of an expert. 

Maintenance dose : 2 capsules a day.
Booster dose : 4 capsules a day, in two doses.

SHW-2 (Ashwagandha, Whitania somnifera , dry extract)	380mg
SHC-1 (Chamomile, Matricaria chamomilla , dry extract)	80 mg
ADAPT 232-S: Patented formula of Schisandra dry extracts  ( Schisandra sinensis , fruit), Rhodiola ( Rhodiola rosea , root),  Eleutherococcus ( Eleutheroccocus senticosus , root) and Calcium pantothenate of which pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)	30.6mg 9 mg (150% NRV*)
