IP6 Gold ® is an exclusive formula, the product of extensive research, of inositol hexaphosphate (IP6) and myo-inositol extracted from rice bran.

Dosage:
- Maintenance 2 capsules, booster 4 capsules. Preferably outside of meals or following the recommendations of an expert.
- 1 tablespoon (6.9 g) per day dissolved in water, on an empty stomach or between meals to avoid interactions with proteins or following expert recommendations.
