MicoVital® Shiitake
MicoVital ® Shiitake is a food supplement based on extract of the shiitake mushroom ( Lentinula edodes ), of which exclusively the fruiting body is used. This mushroom has great nutritional interest because it contains all the essential amino acids and provides a good amount of vitamins and minerals, as well as fatty acids. In addition, it contains other compounds of interest such as beta-glucans and triterpenes (eritadenine and L-ergothioneine), with functional properties on the immune system and cholesterol.
The extraction is carried out by ultrasound (UAE), with hot water and alcohol. With this innovative method we manage to maximize the bioavailability of the compounds of interest found in shiitake.
The product is available in bottles with the liquid extract, which contains only shiitake in a convenient presentation: 50 ml bottle. It can be taken by adding it to coffee, tea or smoothies, or directly sublingually.
Ideal to take at any time of the day when you need to strengthen your immune system.
- Exclusively used is the fruiting bodies of shiitake, organically grown on birch bark from the forests of Finland.
- “Ultrasonic assisted extraction (UAE)” technology, hot water and alcohol. With this innovative extraction method we manage to maximize the bioavailability of the compounds of interest found in shiitake.
- Miron violet glass jars are used, a unique type of glass container known as biophotonic. Miron glass also filters out harmful rays while filtering infrared, ultraviolet and violet lights, extending the life and effectiveness of the product.
