A traditional Chinese substance, resulting from the fermentation of a type of yeast called Monascus purpureus about rice.
Colesteríl ® contains red rice fermented without added processes, of high quality and with a high degree of purity, thanks to a natural fermentation process. It does not contain citrinin and is free of heavy metals.
Information about the benefits of this ancient preparation is found as early as 800 AD. Contains:
- A group of substances known as "monacolins" (up to 10)
- Mainly “monacolin K” (and its dihydro, dehydro, and hydroxy acid forms) and monacolin L.
- Mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids (>125 mg/g)
- Phytosterols, isoflavonoids
- Pigments

Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule; fermented red rice* (Monascus purpureus); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; thiamine hydrochloride.

Dosage:
- Cholesteríl ® : 1 capsule a day with dinner or at bedtime, or following the recommendations of an expert.
Observations:
- In food supplements, the recommended daily dose is indicated for healthy adults.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Colesteríl ® should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of the reach of little kids.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- It should not be consumed if you are already taking other cholesterol-lowering medications, if you are already taking other products containing fermented red rice, or if you are intolerant to statins.
- Ask a doctor for advice before use and if you experience health problems.
- This product is not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, children under 18 years of age, and adults over 70.
