NKO® Children's Krill Oil
NKO ® Krill Oil for children is a children's formula developed for the healthy growth and development of the little ones. Contains NKO ® krill oil and fish oil (Solutex ® ) as sources of omega-3 fatty acids, astaxanthin (carotenoid from NKO ® Krill Oil and a microalgae extract, Astareal ® ) and vitamin D3.
NKO ® Krill Oil It is obtained with cold extraction, under the NKO ® patent, preserving all its nutrients intact: omega-3, phospholipids, astaxanthin and choline.
Phospholipids are important for the structure of the cell, helping to maintain its strength, stability and integrity. In addition, they transport and insert long-chain omega-3, EPA and DHA, into cell membranes through the blood and, therefore, have better incorporation into various organs such as the brain, heart and eyes, than sources of omega-3 in the form of triglycerides. Astaxanthin is a powerful carotenoid, responsible for the red color of the oil and which, among other benefits, protects the oil against oxidation. And choline is an essential nutrient that contributes to normal lipid metabolism.
